Well, shit dude, Ed gives them a lot of fan attention and attracts viewers. Not like we care, but we still do listen and read his bullshit anyways.

Only in NY sports media could they use a firemans hat wearing loud mouth to rationalise an argument.

Fireman Ed whenever I have been to the Meadowlands which is about 20 times in last 6-7 years is an annoying c...unt. Who has as much intelligent info of the Jets as a random passing hobo

For once I agree with Fireman Ed. Don't ruin it...

Oh and talking about selective memory: the Jets have beaten the Dolphins 17 of the last 22.

Fireman Ed is indeed an asshole, but I still think he's the man. Grade A comedy.

In fairness to the guy, he's the most recognised of fans so it's natural for the media to head to him first. I'm not aware that he's ever sought out the position of unofficial Jets fans spokesman, and he's just giving his opinion the same as the rest of us do when asked. I'm sure he talks a load of crap at times, but then so do most of us......

The thread is losing steam. We won't hit 1,000 replies, let alone 2,050 needed to pass the Favre thread.

Wait, I like both soccer and the WWF? I think I'm fucked now...

That being said the best comparison I can come up with was Hulk Hogan going from good guy to joining the NWO and how sick fucks like myself really liked it.

And for the Sci-Fi guys this would be like if Luke had decided to join with Vader and decided to wipe out the rebel scum. Those who oppose to Taylor don't realize the power of the darkside!!!

If and when he actually signs we will, then again we can probably merge a bunch of the other threads into this one.

I bet this thread hits 1000 if Taylor takes until Sunday to make his decision. No way it hits 2050. QB is a much bigger impact position and we aren't in true dire need of a pass rusher like we were in need of a passer.

Yes, I hit the "I'm fucked" trifecta.....

That being said if I could win bets after 2 days at the Masters my Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter bets are looking good. I just hope Poulter stays up top and wears his pink pants on Sunday.

Shit. I so don't want this to happen. I like just about everything that is going on in and around our franchise, and then this week had to come along with dick face (Taylor) and shit bird (Brunell). Goddammit Gholston!
