    Good thinking. I'm pretty sure you can trade the player. There's always loopholes in these things.

    Ill take the extra pick. This team needs alot of help and there should be some solid OL help still available at the end of the 3rd round.

    even if it was allowed, why would we trade 4 solid prospects to move up two spots, especially on a team that has numerous holes.

    So, if we have the only comp pick in the 3rd round, does that we we have the very last pick on the first day?

    Remember we signed Ty Law so that dropped our pick down a lot.

    We didn't get F'd - We're just still lying in the bed that that Bozo Bradway laid for us....

    Just another example and hopefully the book is shut on that freaking clown.

    Wrong. Ty Law was released by New England, which means he doesn't count. Just the same way we released Law, so he doesn't count as a FA lost for us.

    Ty Law had nothing to do with this.

    We lost 4 and signed 3. That means we get one comp pick. The player judged most valuable was LaMont, and his value was determined (based on contract, playing time, and [lack of] awards) to be a 3rd rounder.
