I'm a huge rugby fan and I was actually a pro soccer player but I've always been a fan of American Sports.

It started years ago when I started following the Nets due to playing as them on video games years and years ago. Then I began playing madden in the early 90's and needed a team to follow.

So I choose a team on the East coast that I could travel to easy enough while they play in Green (Northern Ireland play in Green) and they haven't been very successful in quite some time so I wasn't band waging.

I've been to America quite a bit but last year was the 1st chance I had to watch the Jets and thought the Jets vs Dolphins game would be great to see. Lets just say I think I was the only jet fan in the stadium for the entire 2nd half.

Anyway, I love me some Jets. I'm a Jets, Nets and Nets fan so I've had a tough start to my fandom with some nice but very few highs

Orange County NY so I picked "other"

It's funny how this poll has like 5 selections for basically the same geographical area, but anything north of the Manhattan/Bronx is apparently "upstate NY" all the way to Canada.

Outside of Rochester, which is Western NY, not "upstate".
