WFH. I'd almost successfully blocked his turnstile buffoonery from my memory. I hope the nightmares don't come back.
Is there any chance Milliner steps up and solidifies the other CB spot anymore? LOL That would be a huge boost to the team if he could, or Williams.
Adrian clarke, i can't remember anything good at all about him. At least hunter did enough the last few games the year before to think he could play. Clarke was the worst player on a very bad line for the nyj
Leg, you stated he was destroyed by JPP, it's simply not true, JPP is an excellent DE, and I would expect him to make plays, but his performance was not similar to what JJ Watt did to Breno. I do see his struggles, but the jets offense was a top ten offense with Breno and Winters on the right side, the question is how do they maintain that success, if they cut those guys?
while their respective draft status' influences my level of disappointment for them, their level of play is still measured the same. adrian wins the battle for the worse, hunter get the disappointment award
How so? I assume I'm younger than the majority here, but that comment shouldn't reveal much of anything. But seriously, I've loved Brick and backed him his entire career with the Jets despite some of his criticisms throughout the year. Giacomini, not so much. He's been very underwhelming thus far, at least with the Jets. Both were rated near the bottom of the league in tackles by PFF and the eye test shows the same, especially with Giacomini. This isn't to say I want Brick gone. I love Brick, but his salary is simply not worth his production. He needs to either take a severe paycut or be cut and hopefully resigned. A move to RT would probably benefit him, but for how long? Our run blocking has been downright putrid and pass blocking hasn't been much better. Fitz's quick release and decision-making has mitigated some very poor pass blocking, mostly on the edges. James Carpenter was probably our only above average player on the line this past season.
I just read Cro is meeting with Buffalo. Please let him go there. Knowing Rex he would bench Darby or Gilmore for him.
“The message to all the ladies out there is, `Hey, Cro and the Bills are cumming, and we’re going to give you everything we got. And we think that’s going to be more than you can handle.’ ” - R Ryan
Coach Todd Bowles wouldn't rule out re-signing free agent CB Antonio Cromartie. The Jets also haven't closed the door on free agent OLB Calvin Pace, but Cromartie is the more likely to re-sign after the additions of Darron Lee and Jordan Jenkins in the first three rounds. Cromartie hasn't had any known interest since his February release. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/3671/antonio-cromartie
He is worth a one year, $1 contract at BEST. Maybe vet minimum I would say yes, anything more, no thanks.
Cant tackle. Thats a big prob for a spare db. Maybe he could be a free safety, but i still worry about the tackling.
I can think of few people I'd like to have back less than cromartie. He's awful. Call it a career and move on to the next phase.
