It's a little different playing in the AFC the past 10 years, don't you agree? Our sched was easy but Chad had no running and no D for half a season. Favre had a great running game and a great D.

The eagles were a .500 team, the Giants and SD both struggled mightily early in the season. The Giants started 0-2 and SD 1-3. neother played like Championship contenders until late in the season.

"@Denver and KC"? What?????? KC was 4-12, den 7-9. real rough sched so far.

Bears and Vikes? 2 medicore teams

    You lost at Dallas.

Thanks for proving how easy of a sched you had.

How many times did Curtis lead the NFL in rushing w/o Chad?

    Blank stare.....

Chad Pennington made Curtis Martin now.

I once heard that Pennington could stare down sand and turn it to glass.

Easy to you, maybe. We were a big ? mark team last season and in all those game I listed, were listed as underdogs.

So, yeah. So the Giants and SD started slow? It's not our fault. We win the games in front of us, and those were two playoffs teams that bad deep runs last year.

@KC and @ Denver: There road gaems int he other conference. Sorry, those are tougher then road gaems in the NFC.

We lost to Dallas: THE FACT REMAINS WE STILL PLAYED THEM. They were still on the schedule. A loss doesn't change that.

Eagles were just in the superbowl like 2 seasons prior, knocked us out of the playoffs rather recently, and we haven't beat them in lik 8 seasons prior tot eh win. Plus,t hey had all their weapons. They can beat anyone when McNabb and Westbrook are both healthy.

No, your dismissing our wins because of when they occured. Have you glanced at the "18-1" NE team? They didn't exactly play anyone either. In fact, look at 99.9% of the NFL teams. Unless your division is a power house (like the NFC East looks like this season), Your schedule by default is easy.

Oh right... because if you QB'ed in the NFC the past 10 years, that means you perennially had a weak schedule and a talented team around you.

Okay, even if the team was weaker in the 1st half of the season, then what you're implying is that the team improved in the 2nd half and the talent around Chad emerged. And yet, we get to the Playoffs and lose round 1. And not only do we lose, but also, Chad plays mediocre, and is involved in a costly turnover at a crucial point in the game -- which, according to you, was inexcusable when Favre did it in the Playoffs last year.

Well, if both QB's are going to commit turnovers in the Playoffs, I'll take the one who'll make that mistake in the Conference Championship because he got them there; not the one who does it Round 1 and exits early again.

Haha. When Chad Pennington takes a shit on the floor, his dog comes into the room and cleans it up after him.

Look, I don't blame him directly for that play. In Favre's case, he's most responsible. But Pennington was involved in a costly turnover, throwing the ball, backwards, against a stacked line. Maybe check out of the play? There's just no excuse for what happened. And the point is, it happened with Chad. That damn shaman musta been at it again.

I realize reading is difficult for you bit you made your silly claim about D's satcking the box. If that was the case how did Curtis lead the NFL in rushing and why was Chad so effective?

NE played alot of good teams- none on the division as our division stunk for a change but they played a decent sched.

Exactly my thought...I liked Chad and wish him the best vs, everyone except us....let him go beat Buff & NE again and we'll beat him in Dec......
