    Ok, I think we have established 2 things: 1) I am an idiot and 2) it is a natural grass surface. Ah, the joy of making peole laugh...

    Just in case you want more detail:

    Playing Field: The field is a Kentucky Bluegrass irrigated field with a sand-soil root zone and an underground heating system containing nine boilers and 40 miles of underground piping. The heating system will keep the field from freezing and extend the growing season of the turf.

    This REALLY IS from the Browns website!

    51 degreees, 49 wind chill, and I was watching a live wind report for a couple of minutes and it was ranging from 0-20 mph winds. Said the high gust so far toady was 42 mph, but that is since midnight so I don't know if that was recently
