you guys do realize on that last play that the Jets were just going to take a shot downfield. Favre was trying to see if any of his guys had a chance at getting open, if not better not to throw it because an int could get run back pretty easily in that situation.

With the way the Jets have been playing the past 4 weeks, so am I.

 

This is a disgrace.

 

Our season comes down to 30 mins of football trailing against a 3 win team. At least Brett has a strong arm, I'm sure the dolphin fans hate winning w/ a weak armed QB. It's much more fun to lose w/ the rocket arm of Favre.

 

3 win team, and we are losing at the half. The torture never ends.

Don't blame or hate Favre....blame Mangini and Tannenbaum for winning that meaningless game against KC last year which cost us Matt Ryan backing up Chad P. this year...and then the trade for Favre which was ridiculously loved by everyone here and the media, as if he was 30 years old and would be playing for 5 more years or more.

The trade was idiotic from the start. Favre wasn't an improvement over Chad except for an outlier season like 2007 since the 1990's. He's WAY past his prime and his go-for-broke mentality is totally at odd with Mangini's philosophy.

Who came up with that boner anyway?

 

It was easy to see what they were trying to do but it was dumb especially at the rate Brett turns it over. What if he gets sacked and fumbles? It wasn't worth the risk.
