Obviously you put a lot of thoughts and know this team inside and out. I do have a problem with several selections. There is no OLB drafted within our top 3-4 picks? Pace, Scott and Thomas are most likely gone. Unless we are picking up a OLB via FA, we will be thin and very very weak in the LB area. While I will be honest and am not familiar with Giddens but very rare do we see a OLB drafted that late will have an immediate impact. While I agree that we should trade down and while I totally agree we need draft a OL with our top 3 picks, somewhere I think we desparately need a play maker in OLB. DE is loaded and perhaps the most talented position this year and I don't know if we can convert someone to OLB but this is one area we need with one of our top 3 picks.

Love what you did top to bottom. However, I don't believe we can resign all of the UFA for 14 Mil as you budgetted. Landry is looking for a big pay day. Jason Smith will have to be cut before he is UFA. He'll be losing a heck of a lot of money and may not want to return.

I'd pass on Woods in the second. I think another stud OL or a pass rusher would be preferred. I know you have guys grooming with late picks, but want to keep Sanchez healthy for a possible trade next year. I don't believe we will have the same rash of injuries at WR next year, so I think we can wait until next years draft. If the team really screws up, the Jets will have a shot at Sammy Watkins.

Basically, I don't think this team can be fixed this off season. I believe we're going to have to suffer thru 13 to make 14 a legit contender, but you have one hell of a plan.

I agree with this... Im really not a fan of Woods or Bray.

Woods isnt anything special- is a body catcher and seems more like an athlete than anything, kind of like Hill. We need players with great hands and I just dont see it in Woods. Give me Tavon Austin or evenmQuinton Patton over Woods any day.

Also dont like Bray... Inaccurate passer, makes poor decisions and I really dont like his attitude at all. I think thats just a wasted pick, because theres no way this kid starts next year. I would rather just wait until next year and hope for a QB then.

As someone said before, I would rather Warfard in the 2nd than Cooper in the first... I dont really want a Guard unless its Warmack if we are talking first round.

I love your GM pick and your coaching staff. It all starts there.

I would just take what you did a step further and replace Ryan right now with either Kyle Shannahan or McCoy and then hire Romeo Crennell as a coaching consultant. Romeo could bring a lot to the table and he would be there for life.
