Jet "fans" attending the giant parade

Good for them let them have their day. We will have ours (And I will bet my last dollar the city will be a mess for days afterward). I like to think if we ever defeated the Eagles or Cowboys in a similar fashion the Giants fans would show us a little love.

I just think it's a little cheap by Bob Papa to beat a dead horse right now.

Also who the fuck is Michael Strahan to even have the balls to stand on that stage, let alone basically take the mic from Bloomberg. Dude you retired in 2007 this isn't for you, go have lunch with Tiki and remember the glory days.

Something along the lines of this team doesn't talk, they just bring home trophies.

 

As opposed to the past two years prior where the Giants didn't talk, they just COLLAPSED?

 

There are two reasons for this.
1) They aren't diehard fans of either teams aka fairweather fans.
2) They don't care about the Jets because they are "superior"/arrogant.

If the Jets went on a tear and won 4 Super Bowls and the Giants suddenly became the second class citizens. I'm sure they'd feel the same as us.

 

I got to school at NYU, I've been sick all day seeing these clowns waking the the financial district in their Giants stuff...ugh.

 

I do root for the Giants to win, if the Jets arent playing.

I dont think I would ever go to the parade though. I cheered em on in the SB in a JPP player Tee, thats enough

And from what I bolded, I'd put money on it being false. They talk shit about us, but they are some of the biggest scummiest people. Especially the Johnny come latelys.

 

I didn't attend the parade, and don't plan on attending a Giants parade at all in the near future. John Mara may say that Giants fans are most loyal, but he's lying. Other than the Packers fans, Jets fans are loyal.

 

I went cause my girlfriend wanted me to go. I took videos for her. It was about 10:1 anti-Jets to anti-Boston chants.

We're really under Giants fans skins, I love it. I just wish we had a trophy to show for it.

It also surprises me how insecure the Giants fan base is. Would the Yanks ever have anti-Mets chants over anti-Boston chants?

Very strange and good point. We are the minds on everyone, now we need to win. Rex changed the culture, time to change history.

 

Rex has done a good job so far, Rome wasn't built in a day.

 

I can't wait til we actually win one, it'll be great to see how jealous Giants fans get when all of the focus of NY isn't on them (like it was for the past three years until Christmas Eve).

BTW, bad job, there should have been at least a pre-negotiated contract for sex.

 

A friend of mine just told me that a jet fan got jumped at the parade.

 

The Patriot has $5 pitchers of PBR & slutty bartenders. Haven't been there in a while. I prefer Reade St. pub for their house ale.

I just keep telling myself, having to stomach this crap means it's going to be so much nicer when the Jets win it. I forgot how miserable 2007 was until today.

I would never go to that parade, but I caught some of it on TV. Damn, was that hard to watch.

This Jet team better be fuckin motivated more than ever.

 

My girlfriend wanted me to go with her but I said no. I felt good abt it at first but as the day progressed, I actually felt kinda bad. She went to a few Jets game this season and cheered for them. Then she the threw the whole, "I was supportive of your team and now you won't even come to the parade with me." I just couldn't do it bring myself to do it.

Valentines Day is gonna cost me.
