Waterboy literally just got off the phone with my father in law he said that I should see how the trees are blowing / bending,,ps the power keeps going off and on and flickering,,,,,,,,,stay safe and keep updates coming !!

 

Just saw a video of Tampa Bays "BAY" the water was sucked out as far as the eye could see,,,,its going to be a nightmare when it returns,,,wish I could post it here,,,,,,if someone is able to, google Tampa Bays water sucked out by Irma or something like that,,,OMG

I've seen it before but not that bad. Same happened in the Bahamas ahead of Irma

 

I saw the video of when it happened in the Bahamas but this is so surel or unreal take your pick

 

I was looking at my palms last week, dreading having to trim them, Irma is doing it for me

The bay? I have seen it first hand before, pretty common but never seen it as much as in the pictures from this storm

 

So Waterboy your saying that u have seen that happen before at Tampa ? I have never been there and just wanted to make sure that is actually real

 

Just saw a video of it and people were walking out on it. I have seen it before but never close to that extent. We left for a friends house so won't be posting as much but when it hits later tonight ill give an update

It happens because the pressure in the eye of the storm is so low that it draws wind and water into it. The problem, of course, is that eventually the wind reverses and the water has to go somewhere.

 

im gonna ask again,,,,could the Nam have been onto something ? Irma might not be riding the coast but slightly in land on that West coast,,I understand Irma is not down the middle of Florida buttttttttt ?,,,,The edit -EAST coast is currently not only getting tremendous rain but some serious wind,,,,,looks like the wind field is huge and expanding east
