euro shifted way east...bringing much lower amounts to the interior...and for now? Lets see what the GFS does later today..follow suit or stays straight.

For now, I would dump the EURO

FJAY-----> POSSIBLE Glitch with the euro----> we might be back in business. Weather geeks saying somethings dont jive in the solution. Also the last model run ( eps ) came out just a few minutes ago ,,moved slightly east but its not much different from earlier solutions. We are still in the game ,we have the ball, timeouts and decent field position ! Care to chime in Jayster ?

think tonights models will lean some way...and which ever way they lean begin to take serious. Storm still hasnt come in off Pacific and they will get good testing tonight. Seems all OK fjf. I totally get what you are thinking.

FJF The last time we both ran to this window simultaneously we almost got stuck in the window frame ! I miss the old days when the freaking Model (euro ) would say something and it was gold ! Who can blame you , me or anyone for being beaten down by the forecasts these last 2 years have been near impossible ! Then to make matters even worse the ONE GUY who can decipher all this crap and even had aTHREAD named after him with 500 plus pages of info , decides to bolt for warmer weather and beaches ,,,,,,maybe he took the REAL EURO with him ?At least he has made a cameo this time to calm the masses hopefully he sticks around a while . lol

this actually had me cracking up.

Hey...40s and rain tomorrow so its not all perfect sir...lol.

The problem is this...man...i do miss this but thats why I could never ever do this for a living. I dont understand how weather people in atlanta can predict a storm in new jersey. You have to feel it..see it. Trend it. I dont see how they can really enjoy it. Maybe the well into 6 figure salaries? Lol....has to be it.

Back to the storm...ok. There is room for bust here. But there is no way its a nothing event. This whole phase thing is the key. Its the speed of the upper low. Quite honestly, no clue. It would not surprise me if the trend for the next 12 hours is for a slightly weaker system before the bomb reappears Sunday night with the models.

Is this going to be the heavy wet stuff or the light fluffy stuff? Hope it's the latter as the heavy stuff is a real pain in the ass to clear even with the snowblower.
