GFS says maybe farther north but really nothing to get excited about.
Not like last years thanksgiving eve.
Of course i am by far an expert so....

i will keep an eye on it C,but like i said, i don't see anything that would make elliot even bring it up. makes me wonder if i am missing something,

btw, exactly a year ago buffalo was getting buried in lake effect snow and tomorrow would be a year ago from our thanskgiving eve storm.

I've been telling everyone, this warm weather means a rough winter is ahead.

 

So is the snow on the way or is this El Niño thing happening ?

 

looks that way for now C, 23 days of november above the average temperature and nothing to suggest things will be getting colder anytime soon. but don't despair it can change quick. last year we were mountain biking 2 days after christmas and shoveling snow a week later.

 

Just want to go on record and say,,,,,I miss the snow,,,,,,,I am enjoying this warm weather but if and when it does turn cold ------> it might as well snow !

 

i hear ya C, i am looking every day hoping to see some potential. temps are just too warm right now. hopefully after christmas we can get on the right pattern

Is it normal for weather to be this warm in December? And also does this warm weather mean anything in terms of how the winter will go?

 

brook, we have been running 7-10 degrees a\ above normal since october i believe, definitely most of november and what he have had through december .average hi today is 44 and we will be around 55. as far as what it means for the entire winter, no idea. sure hope not, snow = $

It is not officially winter yet but is everyone still enjoying Spring ? This weather is unreal,,,,,,,better start snowing in the near future or so help me I will go on a rant ,,,lol

 

If " Bing " had been " dreaming of a green Xmas " I guess all would be well but if I wanted a green xmasI would head south,,,,,let's get this white stuff flowing soon

 

I am to thank for the warm weather.

I sprung for a $1200 plow for my ATV so of course we will be wearing board shorts and flip flops through February.
