Dude, come back when the time is right. We'll be here. You have developed quite the core of acolytes and I think they'll do just fine standing in for the Professor. :)

Should be able to do stream it via Verizon Mobile.

Optimum Mobile you would have to be on your home network.

Back for good or just popping in?
either way glad to hear from you again jay. What did you think of the earliest named storm to hit Carolina s? Harbinger of a rough summer or just a fluke?

For good fjf...but you rock bud. Will have the site back up by July 1. Right now fluke because it was not a true Africa origination point. I never read too much into the storms that form in the Gulf or after the islands. Not to say southeast/northeast will not be busy.....models showing that but major outlets not buying it. I am....southeast has been really quiet lately and Florida has skated. I will be working in Wilmington,n.c. a lot next 12 weeks so weather follows jay right? Sure as hell doesn't follow cbg! Heard from cbg today and thought shit....need to get back to tgg!

I was in Florida and after game 7 caps....we were talking o the phone and it was silence. Just a bunch of phews....wow...and then he says dad....there is nothing healthy about this.

Hey...the only teams that have pulled this crap off are dynasty teams. Rangers are not one yet but the plot thickens and for a team that has not won the big one, they are putting quite the resume together the past 4 years. Is this the start of a dominant team? It's a love em....wonder about em roster bud. In all the years rooting for my teams...jets...knicks...rangers...yanks...this is the most f'ed up Confusing team to root for where so many times you wonder how they will pull out another rabbit.

Let's face it...even under torts this need to have frantic final minutes...this is the Rangers. Yet they friggin win. I told my son presidents trophy and all...how impressed I would be if they win tomorrow and get to the finals because let's face it...friggin hockey. The best teams don't usually get to the finals..and this team has almost been kicked out too many times to count already...yet they are still alive? Nuts sir.

So...how come every storm system takes a 90 degree turn right before getting to the Egg Harbor Township area? I'll be watching radar maps and it's coming right for us. Then the system just abruptly changes direction and as a result we've had less than an inch of rain in the past 30 days.

Never saw this gd but quite honestly...you know I'm a huge fan of yours...I have no idea what you are talking about. Thunderstorms? Or actual complete systems. If it's thunderstorms, unless it's an actual cold front...those hit and miss storms during this time of the year do that. They are heading for you and then disapate...only to reform 10 to 40 miles away. Luck of the draw if that's what you mean sir.

So, about this long term pattern we've had in the Northeast the past two winters - the one where we have record cold & snow while the rest of the world is stuck in a frying pan with record heat.

Is it going to stick around for next winter or we going to be looking at bathing suits like everyone else?

Gg...all indications of the same pattern. Borderline storms for our area here temp wise and the party continues to our north? Hmmmm. The only fly in the ointment could be the El Nino factor. Science loves to be able to say they can predict the Pacific Ocean temps but that's bullshit. If that pattern persists...likely...the only real question is where does the track set up. My experience tracking this crap is this...I'm sure we will here how Massachusetts on north will get hit again. Don't buy that. Those killer tracks NEVER repeat themselves. Same areas can get decent snows but not like that. It's either mid-Atlantic or just west off the Apps that will get the big ones...if the Pacific stays the course. Not New England. If it's west of the apps, then NYC metro gets ice and rain. If it's the mid-atlantic, Va,MD,Eastern PA,DE,NJ,Lower Hudson only,NYC,LI,CT...and that's it. No idea yet.

It just seems like every storm system that heads my way from the West comes directly at my area, then takes a sharp turn away from where I live. We got nailed all last week, but that was one set. All winter it seemed to happen too (Though I'm not complaining about missing out on snow.).
