yeah cbg. I am at about 2" now and falling fast. Roads cover as quick as I cleaned them. I expect double digits easy today
Just got first reports of local power outages. Plenty of cars in ditches. Travel is just about done being an option.
Made it home alive,,,main ,roads were fine until I got north of the GW,,,,,,forget about side streets ,,,,,,,,FJF where are the outages ?
heavy stuff now in central jersey and about to enter north jersey...snow rates will double..and in some cases triple.

sorry for the late response CBG...been on site all day trying to get them to setup up a live back and forth..almost done. There is alull in the action now...just updated the site..expect an additional 3 to 6" for many between 5pm or around until it tapers off around 10pm. Sorry CBG..you now how to get me right away!!

We lucked out here in York, PA. Only 3 inches of slushy wet snow and its melting as I type. I did get to fire up the Ariens and the mini snoblower too. Good thing I got 5 gals of gas because when I winterized last year, I ran both blowers dry before storage. Oh well, to the next storm!!
Dont tell that top people north of you GD...they got clobbered. Ok..real quick..small disturbance Tuesday/Tuesday night and todays models are showing Friday/Saturday event...all associated with a front moving back and forth..and they finally a low pressure developing along the front Friday...rain coast/mix/snow inland for both. Will have a write up at 11pm tonite.

Hey Jay, just wanted to thank you. I made it upstate NY to Thanksgiving dinner with time to spare by leaving in the morning, not Wednesday night. Also got some skiing in on Friday too.

I am flying into Manila from Osaka on Saturday morning and it appears there could be a typhoon hitting the southern part of Luzon (the island Manila is on) wondering if you can give me some info on how far this thing will be away from Manila early Saturday afternoon and if I need to worry about my flight going into this thing?
