That saturday thunderstorms is going to ruin my football sunday. Need it to hold off till late evening but i doubt it happens
I have my daughter set up for some track time saturday p.m. (bmx racing) with a make up time of sunday 2-6. Good coaching and alot of 1 on 1 instruction. She is very excited about it and can't justify skipping for the jets game.
OH boy...oh boy..ok..wow. That's a real problem although there is a chance FJF...a real chance...that this could hold off to after sunset. Wow...I know the whole children verse Jet thing..you always do the right thing but man oh man...some say its a ticket straight to heaven...if that helps?

exactly. I would think 40 chance is really low though FJF. When you get the summer time tstorms and they say 40 percent chance..or 20 percent chance..they are always hit or miss with where they develop when daytime heating takes place and where they form. This is a front...so...like the last one that screwed CBG..some may get lucky but I would put that at less then 20 percent....80 percent chance of tstorms/heavy showers or both. Now the good news with a front is that it comes in fast and ends fast. Sometimes lasting as little as 5 minutes and rarely going over 20 minutes. If they start what they are doing and just take a quick halt..maybe. Was just checking long term forecasts and a few things. 1. After this front comes through, we get some great cooler weather from Sunday to Wednesday before a warmup comes..maybe the last one of the year? and then boom..after next weekend temps will not hit 70 for almost 4 days before another shot of cold air comes in..and temps will be in the mid 60s for highs and mid 40s for lows for awhile. 2. ABYZ! Keeping to my promise that you will need your umbrella in October. Looking at long term models the drought will end from west to east. Western Texas will start to get above normal rain and within a few weeks that will begin to spread to east of Texas. Long term winter is pretty much a guarantee a bit colder then normal but that may not translate into a ton of snow..it could..but the term this winter may be suppression. Cold air keeping the storm track to our south. Not sure about that at all..but pretty much sure about colder then normal.
one other thing...today I met one of the nicest guys in the world. It doesn't surprise me...but as soon as he opened his mouth, it screamed intense Jet fan and great guy. A true cut out of everything you think about when you meet a great guy from NY. I never give out real names here if I know them...that's up to the poster...BUT CBG is exactly how I thought he would be...great guy...great seeing you bud!!! Im sure he expected some weather geek...lol. We were talking and one day we all need to get together. Great meeting you bud!

I thought that was pretty cool, too. I've had some good exchanges with Jay but my only knowledge of CBG was that he thinks multiple commas are a great way to separate sentences. But he was a good dude during WW85gate and I'm glad to know he's a good one in real life.

Brook, I've been back east twice in the past 15 years. I can't make any promises. It's sort of a depressing place for me. After being in the service for a decade, and living in many places, I went back there and tried to live... and it just feels like a gray and emotionless place. Never figured it would be.

I cant say that happens to me more then a few times a year to meet a real person. Great guy bud...you would appreciate him..I know you and your no bullshit please attitude.
