rain snow line is not budging much..it has moved a lot..but not much in the past several hours. I think the thing that will save many from any decent snows tonight is the precip beats the temps by a bit. Here is a radar..ignore the solid pink in the middle. Not sure what that blab is doing there. The huge question tonight is..are the temps low enough when the back front and thunderstorms move through. I think up by him..he will have less of a dramatic drop then we do. I dont think its too much to read into..yet. Some areas to the north of him..like Albany...dropped slowly because of the storm itself creating the cold pool. While me..and probably you..have had very little precip. Not sure..but we still have about 4 hours before it gets interesting. Will be on live tonight to follow this part.
Center of the low is about 60 miles southeast of Pittsburth right now and moving dead east..not until that center gets to just north of Philly would FJF and people in that area turn over completely. Behind the center for the storm? Winds gusting to over 50mph. So, tonight..when this comes close to happening, we will know it minutes before it happens.

See fjf..even I look at the wrong time on maps. That was an hour ago..center of the storm near Harrisburg so in a few hours..we will have to see how that rain/snow line reacts to it.
Ohhhhhh do I need to have the generator on standby ? I know lots of wind rite ? How about heavy ice or precip ? Catch u guys later
i think that band wrapped right around me jay, saw it coming but never got anything more than steady rain, i am ok with next weeks storm but would reallly like to skirt by this one with minimum snow.
