cnance of snow showers..and my guarantee for a white christmas has been killed by near 70 degree temps damn it!!...snow showers for christmas eve and night will perhaps bail me out. Sorry cbg..didnt see anthing the past 2 days. Now todays jet game will be showery...but thats old news..will be on later tonight.

lol...lots of winter left is the play of the day and so dead on bud. Still, snow showers should make its way around here for many on christmas eve bud..I really do believe some will get a few bursts of snow to make it look like it should. Here is what I want for Christmas..besides good health for all blah blah blah...I want to be able to one day on this site say this...prediction for snow is 18-24 inches with some spots closer to 30. Lol...is that asking a lot? Is this the winter I get to say that here? I say yes...this is the winter I say this.

You know, about a week ago FJF said that my guarantee for a white christmas was in the bank. BUST. Just goes to show you what mother nature can do to 10 inches of snow and ice in 3 days....GONE. Incredible warmth. Still..holding out hope for some tomorrow afternoon and evening that there might be a dusting to an inch of snow...very possible...but it will be hit or miss. Guaranteed some get it..guaranteed some do not. After that..not sure what to say except minor disturbances and just misses to the south until New Years Eve...Im sure one of these will come together for something more but right now nothing is showing up. Even the New Years Eve storm is not there totally but all signs that it should return to the models Nothing else to say...will be on tomorrow for a few if there are any changes...you guys are the best and have a great holiday season and for those of us that celebrate Christmas..make it a great one guys and girls.
latest models show snow squalls possible from between 2pm and 7pm tomorrow...Christmas Eve...so its possible that we could get a baby white christmas after all. Remember..this is not a storm...not a front...this is from the lake effect snows that are strong enough to make it all the way down here which is rare..but happens. A one hour event at most.
and the models keep spitting out heavy brief snow showers for tomorrow afternoon/tomorrow evening...looks like we will get our nice Christmas Eve after all. Not much..an inch or 2...but it will be heavy and fast..and should add to the day and night.
one last quick post...do the snow bands hitting scranton pa make it down here? If they do..its going to rain snow for about an hour. Be careful if you are out later this evening. HAVE A GREAT ONE!
Snowed here for a short while,,,grass and cars are white,,,,,windy n cold now,,hopefully more snow showers if not it was fun and looked nice !
just had a nice squall come through, sitting on 1" of snow. roads froze over,were pretty slick. 20 minute drive just took me 40. but all good, we get our white christmas and its not enough to pull me away from the fam tonite. merry xmas all you weather nuts here on tgg and jay, i am crediting you for the white christmas prediciton. took the hard way but you got, good job bro
