Watching the latest radar..while the first hit is hard..and quick...it may last longer than they are saying...looks like an hour to an hour and 15 on radar.

Our rain chances have gone to 90% for the next 2 days here in coastal SC. We need it so bad,i hope we actually get it this time.
that was interesting... as usual when i am prepared nothing happens! i fully have a hole in my roof waiting for a skylight to be installed. figured ill just cover it and no biggie until i saw THIS thread today. ran onto the roof, put a piece of plywood down and tarp with shingles all over it. it got real windy and rained for about 3 minutes and then it was done... had i just left the temp protection it wouldve been a tornado.
same here AC....nothing big...dont get me wrong..there was a 5 minute period where i thought trees would come down...but the line broke down at the pa/nj border and it was quick and over.
guys...I have enjoyed it...really have enjoyed it. Time to move on...not sure who left the door open but something crazy has happened to this site...since I have been here this could be the worst group of posters I have ever seen. Not the guys you bicker with back and forth..but it seems like there is no way to have a discussion anymore...so many childish posters to handle. Just not fun anymore. Perhaps when storms hit I will be back..but keep the faith...root for the Jets!!! Of course this site is childish, hugely so, and most people have the attention span of a retarded hamster. But to me that just means don't take anything personally. If you're gone then there's no point to this thread it might as well close.
Sorry to read this Jay. I'm gonna have to depend on Accuweather now. I agree about the main forum too. I rarely post there anymore as its become overrun by Homers and BiPolars. Great game? Jay I saw a few attacks against you on the main board. If I was a moderator, I would probably delete those posts. I totally understand your decision. But it will be hard for us to miss you on this board. First Byz, now you. Although I am one of the new ones, I have to say, it will be tough to say bye to you. loosing too many old timers on this board. I'm hoping Abyz comes back and I hope you change your mind too. Maybe a VIP section on here would be a good idea. Ive seen it on other sites . A small donation gets you in and it weeds out the jackasses.
