Same thing the year before in Indy. Darrelle Revis can't cover everybody and Rex tries to blitz Peyton anyway. Then Rex goes out and gets two CB's that can't tackle in Cromartie and Kyle Wilson and the Jets face-off against the Steelers instead of the Colts and get mushed. If you build a solid team you suffer a few injuries but everything still works. If you go all ham in free agency and a few injuries happen you're toast and you can't control who you will be facing in the playoffs even if you make good free agency moves.
Nobody has seen him that is what makes it so bad. They drafted him high and he never played a down for the Jets.
I don't know what is the pathway forward for this team. Another head coach would not be a good look. But something has to improve cause its way passed embarrassing rooting for this team. They cannot get the bare minimum to satisfy the fans with a winning season.
Saleh is probably safe for this year. But if they shit the bed next season then I think he will be canned.
