If the Giants want a 7th round pick for him, sure. If they hang up the phone laughing at our offer, hold onto the higher picks for the draft. We aren't one WR away from becoming a contender, no need to use one on Nicks.

traded for nicks a week ago in fantasy... would be awesome if he went to green bay.

would be terrible move for jets BTW. much rather trade for Gordon.

I think Nicks is too injury prone to consider

When have the Jets ever made some in season news worthy trade? It's not going to happen, just like Josh Gordon won't happen unfortunately. If our FO was smart, they'd try like hell to upgrade WR right now in 2013, but I doubt severely it'll happen.

If our GM is smart, and he is, he'll ignore our resident Madden football amateur GMs and stay true to his stated mission of not peeing away precious assets for other team headaches, especially when those draft picks are essential to the 2013 rebuild that will lead to a 2014 and future years dominating team on the field

Maybe, they have their eyes on a player(s) in the forthcoming draft

Hate to bring it up but Braylon was actually a good in season move.

I believe his first game he caught a bomb touchdown from Sanchez.

That said, I do not want Nicks, nor do I want to give up and draft picks -- even a 7th to get him.

This would be nice. Josh Cribs, Hakeem Nicks, Santonio Holmes, Stephen Hill, Jeremy Kerley, and some draft picks would really give Geno something to work with on offense. That would be sweet
