300 lbs is funny, of course, but what would it cost Jets to get him over to a practice?

People shouldn't be too disturbed by this.

    What generates more headlines?

A: Jets interested in JaMarcus Russell (even though we talked about him in the FO for maybe five seconds)

B: Jets interested in Mike Glennon after spending serious time with him

Just trust in our front office to do the right thing.

Not if we don't take him in the first round. If we take him 2nd to 4th round, it will make a LOT more sense.

Maybe he's still remembering Rex's, "Let's go have a goddamn snack" line and wants in on that.

If Russell loses the weight and is mentally prepared to put in the work, why not give him a second chance. If he is committed to stay awake during film sessions, sky is the limit, if not, just cut him!!!

Not gonna happen, but I don't have an issue with him getting a tryout

We can put Sanchez at QB, Tebow at HB, and line Fats up as a TE, then defenses will have no idea who to cover or who is going to throw the ball! Even better than last year's secret Tebow wild cat: the WILD FAT!

Well we could always use more depth on the defensive line

So far two weeks into the Idzik era and the only names to surface are:

    Tavaris Jackson
The drug addict wash out from LSU
    And Sizzurp

What? Was Ryan Leaf not available??

    When will this nightmare end???

they cant waste the money on extra jersey material for this slob, His custom jersey would cost thousands upon thousands, not to mention all the material wasted on his throwing glove to fit his fat hands in. This would stop Japan from making 99 cent umbrellas for like a week!!!

Better yet, have him come in for the Wildcat. But rather have him split out like we do Sanchez, we have him line up at the end of the line like an extra tackle in a jumbo package.

That's saying a lot Bellows considering Young's Wonderlich score was that of a turnip. Three years out of football sitting on his ass? Nah...

This would make me sick. This guy is a pencil-neck immobile statue of shit. Forget the Senior Bowl, he totally shit the bed (3 picks) against Vandy in the Music City Bowl and even sucked against 4-8 Virginia throwing 3 picks in a 30-6 blowout. Plus the guy's red-headed too. No way this flop is Dalton 2.0 - forces into coverage, makes bad reads - I wouldn't touch him with Rosie O'Donnell's cock.

Mike Glennon is a good quarterback surrounded by a bad coach and a bad receiver corp.

I'm a State fan and I feel as though you're just looking at the stats. You must have forgotten the UNC game where he threw for nearly 500 yards (and would have had much more had the receiver been able to catch a cold). He has a great arm and relatively good pocket awareness. If you give him a chance, you won't be disappointed.

    leak...

Unless the internal discussion was limited to "can you believe that fat fuck with the IQ of a mosquito wants to come back... lets fuck with the media on this" and nothing else was mentioned I'd find the guy that took a serious look at discussing and then leaked it to the press and fire his ass immediately.

Its that kind of wasted time and attention by the talent evaluators that has helped put the Jets into this mess. They need to consider viable options not just any option.
