    This is another in the long list of issues that Sanchez Fans have. What you are really saying here is that since Sanchez is not effective standing in the pocket, the Jets should have (and I suppose still should) changed up their O to use a lot more roll outs.

    Because Sanchez himself seems, and the emphasis here is on SEEMS, to be "more effective" rolling out.

    Ever ask yourself why more NFL offenses are not built around rolling out the QB?

    How about because it basically makes your receivers play totally in reaction to what the Qb does, where he runs to, and less about attacking the D, with timing patterns and using routes basically tossed aside, taken out of the playbook.

    Then there's also that a Qb who rolls out is in general going to be more exposed to defenders, and in turn makes himself more exposed to injury.

    In fact if Sanchez cannot be developed into a competent pocket passer, his days in the league are definitely numbered.
