Unfortunately not. For whatever reason PointsBet doesn't have a book there (one of pretty much the only ones in NJ that doesn't have a PA book). I'll check and see if I have any others that will transfer tomorrow.
@Jonathan_Vilma @IDFjet @Brook! @BrowningNagle Can't ask for a better Saturday to kick of my favorite time of year. Let's freaking make that money boys! My 12pm play is pretty simple. Oklahoma first half -19.5 and game -32. $200 each Will check back in for afternoon games depending on how drunk I get.
After watching the first slate of games, I'm going to stay away from big spreads but I love Oklahoma in pretty much every game this year. Tulane is trash. I'm going to tail @BrowningNagle with Wisconsin -5 and jump into Iowa -4 as well for some Big 10 action. Wisconsin returns Mertz with his feet under him after starting probably a year too early. Penn State has the unproven front 7 and should get gashed and Clifford loves awful turnovers at bad times. Indiana has a ton of question marks on offense. Receivers gone, crappy running game, Pennix might not be 100% and Iowa doesn't allow big plays. Should have a great defense (a couple of guys in the back 7 as preseason All-Big Ten and potential All Americans). Iowa was one of the youngest teams in the nation last year and was a couple breaks and experience away from going undefeated (blew 2 4th quarter leads I believe). Petrus should wing the ball around a bit at home and you know he'll be protected with some running game. I'm going to look for a good entry to get Alabama laying low teens. -10 is a dream. It might never come. This spread is too high for all their turnover I think to confidently take it pregame but I'm not fading Alabama in an opener. 9-3 against the spread under Saban I believe. Something like that.
I hate Big10 football. I try to not bet on it very much. Jump on OK first half. It was your idea lol. Btw Bama playing my 'Canes today but I'm still going to take them first half just on principle
I have to now because I suggested it. I just wanted that number closer to 16 but 35-7 at half sounds good to me.
I think so too. DTR looked awful passing the ball last week against a garbage Hawaii defense. It's also not like UCLA is an extremely difficult place to play or crazy environment. You guys got any thoughts on Clemson/Georgia? @Lon Chaney @IDFjet @BrowningNagle @Brook! I'm leaning Georgia because of the more experienced quarterback and Todd Monken says they will finally run a real college offense (in different words) at Georgia. Clemson's front seven is good and better than Georgia's while Uiagalelei is going to be a stud. But I like the experienced dark horse Heisman candidate in JT Daniels in an opener getting 3.
Big turnover Lonny man!!! @Lon Chaney Tulane came to play today. Pratt is a good player and was a great true freshman last year.
@BrowningNagle - Wisconsin is dominated but sucks balls in the Red Zone. Two trips, zero points. @REVISion @dawinner127 @NYJFOREVER - I could be wrong but don't you guys take some action here and there?
@dawinner127 always has a ton of action. Once I start working in a week I’ll be betting more on games, it’s been hard to bet when I’m balling on a grad student budget.
I got a miracle at the end of the half there. My book only had -20.5 with no alts so thank God for a horrible decision by Tulane to go for that and Pratts gets sacked with an absolute bomb of a field goal to follow.
3:30 play - WVU ML -140 Best player on the field will be Leddi Brown the WVU runningback. Maryland will be a weak environment with a defense ready to be gutted. Louisiana is interesting at +9 with Texas' uncertainty at QB. I like Sarkisian there so I'll monitor live action at 4:30 on that one.
I like WVU but home dogs on opening weekend scare me. VT crushed yesterday and Minnesota should have covered against OSU.
