I think Oklahoma first half is back in play now that they finally have a real future Heisman candidate at QB. They just (barely) covered the -7 on a last second TD before halftime. Another one for me to sweat out today lol.
I'm not getting back on board that. I hate OU right now. They make everything look so difficult. I have them to win the championship but I'm not going to get on them for the rest of the year.
My baseball parlay came through. If I had just laid off college football I would have been up $141 instead of $91. And if Texas didn't fucking fall apart, I would have been up $540. They killed me. I get my college picks from my son but I had no issues with the Texas pick. I really liked them going into that game. The other 3 games I really didn't know much about. His football picks for today are: Steelers ML Chiefs ML Browns spread. I'm not sure what I am going with yet. I'll post it when I figure it out.
These are my NFL picks, all money line bets. Both my son and I feel extremely confident about KC and Pitt. GB is a little risky because it's a divisional game and it's away. But I have to go with the better QB and that's Rodgers. The riskiest pick is the Chargers, but I think they have a really good shot at upsetting the Ravens. I almost went $100 on this bet but decided I wanted to end up positive for the weekend no matter if I win or lose, so I dropped it to $75. I'd call Pitt and KC locks on the money line. The other 2 are buyer beware.

Ticket 1 - too many games. It's so hard to hit 6 against the spread. This is just my opinion. Ticket 2 - I'm not big on prop bets, but I think the Vikes/Panthers neither to 30 seems like a good bet. No clue on the Herbert one. KC I like a l lot. Browns is risky. No Chubb but the Cards are without their coach. Cards are due for a loss though. Ticket 3 - the only one that scares me is the Broncos game. I like them to win but it could be by a FG. I like ML parlays and that's what I'm most comfortable with. I'm sure the other guys will give you better advice than me. If there is any one piece of advice that I feel solid about is don't pick 6 games. Pick the 3 you feel the best about and bet more money. Vikings ML -130. $260/$200 I don't believe in the Panthers at all and more specifically, I don't believe in Sam. They beat two terrible teams by less than a TD and their lone good win was against a COVID ravaged Saints. The Vikings can easily be 4-1 and have played a much tougher schedule. I trust Cousins much more than Darnold esp without McCaffrey.
I put it in already as well. Fading Darnold every chance I get in opportune spots. That Vikings team is way better than their record shows. Guy on the radio (WFAN) said Wentz over 247 or 248.5 passing is the best prop of the week. I played it but I'm no props expert so play it with caution.
My concern is with Sam. Do we get Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde? Right now he's too inconsistent for me to know which one will show up. No McCaffrey make me feel better about the Vikes. Plus I want the Vikes to win so I'm going to put down a $100 on the Vikes.
I think you're only getting the Dr. Jekyll Darnold against bad teams with McCaffrey. There isn't. Much separating these two teams but it's obvious to me that Minnesota is the better squad, especially at QB
