Haha the only good thing about this state is the bagels, delis, and being able to get to almost any store I need in 15-20 minutes. EDIT: And online betting -- suck it NYers
I'd rather pump my own gas, most attendants just meander around. I guess we can add online betting to that list though.
Ha, I remember coming home from Jets games and trying to decide which station on 17 was gonna be the best bargain. Eeny meeny miny mo. It was always uncomfortable, though, because you felt corralled into tipping, which of course we always did, because who wouldn't; but it also completely erased any $ we would've have saved on gas. It was this unwritten bait and switch. Wasn't there some really fckd up gas station called Jenny-Os a really long time ago? I don't know what it's called now, but you would get leered at and eveyone looked like they wanted to skull fck you. Somebody help me out on this one. EDIT: autocorrect, the bane of my existence.
I'm not native to this land so you can imagine my surprise when I found that you heathens put ham on egg sandwiches. I don't generally get it out of principal but it is good. In respect to betting - 8 days until college football kicks off. And I'm not a big fan of any of these games so far. Nebraska has been "on the verge" for five years and always disappoint. Tougher task than advertised laying 7 on the road even against trash Illinois.
Barstool App launched in NJ today. They have the typical risk free first day paid back in site credit up to $1,000 yada yada. But on the casino + sportsbook side - found this code (BROAD25) for a free $25 no deposit needed bonus. I'm sure there's X amount you need to play through as an FYI.
Oklahoma might be the new first half covering machine this year. -13/13.5 against a meh Tulane team seems like a solid play. Tulane graduated at least two players from the strength of their team (DL) that were drafted this year. Freshman QB was solid enough too last year but they're going to be majorly overmatched.
I'm on Illinois +7. 18 returning starters and a touchdown home dog with a solid senior QB? Feels like Adrian Martinez and Nebraska has been discussed as the next breakout team and Martinez as a Heisman candidate for a decade. I imagine Frost finally gets canned this year.
Good hits man. If Watson goes to the Phins I actually doubt the Texans win a game. Just took a small flyer at +2000 to go 0-17.
lol--I was just looking for the week 1 line on the texans to lay the points. Not up on bovada yet. We got that Illinois game huh? I never thought I'd ever bet on the illini over the huskers straight and be confident going in. How much longer will they put up with Frost down there? Once proud program is a wreck.
Yeah dude. Was texting my friends about how Frost is gone a the end of the year easily. They're going to have a tough time winning a Big Ten game in all honesty if they can't beat Illinois with their backup quarterback in the almost the entire game. Rutgers isn't the pushover they used to be now that Schiano is back and they've finally got their Big Ten funding released. Northwestern + Purdue are prob their best shots.
