Did you watch today's Raiders game? Their tackling was atrocious. It's not even like their tackling was that awesome when they played against Jets either. Just Jets played into their hand with stupid pass plays all game. Do I want Rob Ryan? Now... I think I'm more like 70-30 on the side of NO.
After watching last nights Browns-Bills game, I want nothing to do with Romeo Crennel. The guy is a certified moron. His play-calling and clock-managing are abysmal. I realize that defensive coordinators aren't really expected to handle that kind of stuff but I think it's just indicative of the fact that this guy is not intelligent.
Crennel was a good coordinator as a figurehead. parcells/Belichick ran those D's. I have never been high on Romeo and I wouldn't want him.
Crennel has been the Teddy Cottrell of the East Coast for way too long. Cleveland probably needs a change up top and even though the Browns lucked out last night, was it because of the ineptitude of the Bills overall game plan??? Who knows but bringing Crennel back wouldn't be my first choice.
