last tweet - Max Stendahl@MaxLaw360 TAKEAWAY: Two of the three judges (Parker and Chin) appeared to favor NFL. That's all you need to win. BUT, it's always hard to predict.

Yeah but Brady should have lost in a slam dunk in front of Berman and that guy pulled his decision out of his ass. _
It really did bring a lot of joy last offseason. Got me through the slow no football period. Plus, this leaves the door open for more shit the Pats have done to leak.
I just love watching Pats fans squirm. Whenever you see a tweet about the case click on it and read through the replies, it'll make your day.
I've never understood people who don't embrace this, dismiss it by suggesting "who really cares" or "this again, let it go". Fuck that. Keep it going until that cheating fuck Brady and his squirmy ass coach Belli are out of the league and that slime ball owner Kraft is looking at an empty stadium when all the band wagoners jump back off to Dawchesta. _
Delicious tears reading it But entertain yourself here. I think Grogan has taken part. See if you can find him http://www.patsfans.com/new-england...ads/nfl-appeal-oral-arguments-thread.1128354/
some case highlights as reported by the Boston Globe: http://www.bostonglobe.com/2016/03/...al/TnrgVNVYDpa6n4VtBBJr2I/story.html#comments I think Parker is definitely ruling for the league. Katzman, who knows.....probably favors the union. Chin likely the deciding factor, and while he rightly grilled the unions arguments, he could still pull a ruling out of left field. While Berman’s ruling is the central issue, the three judges spent most of the hour exploring the facts of the case to determine whether Goodell’s ruling was based on the essence of the CBA. Chin took issue with Kessler’s argument that the Uniform and Equipment Policy applies to game balls and should have constituted only a fine for Brady. Chin said that the policy cited applies only to equipment worn by a player, not to the actual footballs. Parker said Kessler’s argument about “notice” — that Brady had no idea he could be suspended for his conduct — “strikes me as hyper-technical.” “Let’s suppose a mistake was made and the footballs weren’t deflated, and then a star player lies in his testimony and destroyed his phone,” Parker said. “An adjudicator might conclude the phone had incriminating evidence. Why couldn’t the commissioner suspend Brady for that conduct alone?” Even Katzmann took issue with Kessler’s contention that the only appropriate punishment would have been a fine. “Your challenge is to find where in the CBA does it say if you tamper with game balls and then obstruct, where does it say the only punishment is a fine?” Katzmann said. At one point, Kessler seemed to grow frustrated with the judges’ intense line of questioning. “I sense that you all are influenced by your version of the facts,” Kessler told the judges. “We were influenced by the briefs that you wrote,” Parker answered.
I'm guessing these judges are using that amicus brief some jerkoff filed as toilet paper to wipe their asses? _
I will never be happy until I see that f#cking low life franchise crucified and it's owner, coach, and qb made to eat shut. I never get tired reading about it. JMO
In case anyone is unfamiliar with his work, Judge Chin is the one that Gave Madoff a 150 year sentence.
