Not sure why this is a Bullock celebration thread now... He wouldn't have been required to make a game-winning FG if he hadn't missed an extra point and 45 yard field goal... Nice to see he made the one at the end but so what? That doesn't take away the misses... I guess when Quigley knocks a couple punts inside the 5 after 48 consecutive touchbacks he's awesome too.
I thought our coverage teams have looked MUCH better this game and last week than the first part of the season.
Before anyone gets blown out you kind of need someone in the wings who can do the job better. Having said that, I notice that for a guy who has a tough time holding down a job, Bullock sure seems to eat well.
I would agree the coverage was good against Whitehead, who is a pretty good returner. I still want to see them string this success for the final 2 games if I am not to be 100% sure they need to fire Bobby April.
