exactly. its tempting, i'm sure, but you gotta tip your hat to the guy for thinking about family first in that situation.

It's funny is all-- He'll be working on the railroad all the livelong day..

I wonder how much he'd get for 4 games and a run through the Super Bowl?

Prob get minimum pay level prorated over four games...playoff bonuses for each round. He could probably take home a nice check at the end of the day but not enough to live large on

but more importantly, is after that, he'd be unemployed with a family to provide for.

I believe the minimum yearly salary is $325,000. So per game that's about $20,000 and change not too shabby over four games plus probably another 10k for a play off game.

But, after he helps lead the Jets to the playoffs and Superbowl. There will probably be a movie and book deal, maybe even a short lived tv show. That's big bucks.

I'm sure if the Jets guaranteed him half a million he'd sign right up.

Was he raised by Jesse James and Sandra Bullock, along with a hot step-sister who he obviously boned?

Woody should buy the railroad company and fire him.

I actually thought we'd lose Brodney Pool before Leonhard & Dig this season......surprisingly, Pool has been pretty durable *knock on wood*

Cimini mentioned him, but I hope not he was obviously cut for a reason.

Maybe that's who Rex was referring to though.

Any ex-Ravens out their that he might be talking about?

Yeah, maybe he's better off far away from the limelight. There's something about a train that's magic anyway.

the Jets had Emmanuel Cook and Donavan Warren in Training camp this year......viable options?

I remember Mr.E being high on Cook....

That's a CB, did he play some safety too?

I wouldn't mind him getting a workout either way, only 33.
