This was a bit earlier in the game. The OLB was pushed like 10 yards up field during his 'charge', giving Tayler a huge running lane (he got like 20 yards). As Tayler was running down field you can see Wilk in the background with his arms up yelling at the guy. Happened quick but was pretty obvious. Wilk was PISSED.

Nope, it was earlier, and Taylor ran for like 20 (off his right side) after the OLB was driven 10 yards behind him. I could see Wilk in the background like WTF?????

johnyd says it was Catapano that failed (badly) on outside contain. Pissed Wilk right off (actually might of been Richardson that was pissed off, can't recall exactly, as it was in the background)

Macs best pick was Leonard Williams other then that his drafts havent been so great in the later rounds.

Okay. I missed Wilk on that. Good.

After the game Sheldon talked about the game plan and the need to stay disciplined with Taylor. Nothing worse than a guy fucking up a fundamental and killing the team. Keeping a guy on the inside of the field is a basic fundamental and it's insane that a guy can't grasp the need for that under all circumstances.

Catapano laid a viscous hit on Shady.... so probs on that at least :)

That's Jenkins' job when he's fit

I would imagine that it was Wilk. He's smart and disciplined. Richardson probably wouldn't have even been aware.

Richardson talked about the approach in the locker room afterwards explaining the lack of stat numbers of the D Line. He was aware and I think it may have been him actually. Not important really tho.

I thought Richardson had a great game. I'm really excited about that, and with him added to Mo, Cat, and Mac.

This is some fucking front 4......And he's playing for money..... truth is.

This could be special moving forward here.....

Didnt say hes a bust...just posing a question and an observation. Im trying to think of how many great edge rushers needed time to develop...or did they come into the league whether 1st 2nd 3rd or 6th round with that Sho Nuff Glow. Mauldin is reminding me of Coples a flash here and there and like someone said with Pace speed which is not a threat. We still need to find that edge guy.

The Jets can't have a third round bust when we constantly draft sub-UDFA level talent in the second round. If he's got a pulse, he'll do.

I had to confirm my initial thoughts. If you go back and watch his sack you will see that Dalton was funneled to him. He did not create the sack. I specifically keyed in on him when we needed a big play against Buffalo...can speed be taught? Can he get better ay bending around the corner like Ware does so frequently? Im sure he can bu if he doesnt...back to the drawing board.

OLB's sometimes get greedy. They all know at the end of the day sacks equal dollars so instead of staying true to the containment they figure going inside is the quickest way to the money....then they are off the field taking the quickest route to the bench.

Well you have an unhealthy level of thirst if you're labeling a third round pick who has played well in a grand total of 17 games a bust.

Based on your scale of what a bust is, dee milliner should have caused you a heart attack, quinton coples an ulcer, and Vernon gholston should have caused you a stroke.
