OK this is the last time I'm going to repeat the same fucking thing to you.

    1) Even if he had a terrible game against Pitt it proves nothing. Why? Because over the course of the season those numbers would show if he were actually getting repeatedly burned. Someone getting repeatedly burned and targeted more than all but 5 CB's in the league simply cannot end up with the 3rd best completion percentage against for CB's. It doesn't make sense if you use your brain.

    2) I have no reason to make excuses or backpedal when the facts I've presented prove my point even if he had a terrible game against Pitt. This is you making a stupid strawman argument to try make it appear as if you've "caught me" or something. It's easy to see through.

    3) Revis is the best CB in the game. Of course the guy he's covering isn't doing anything. Another irrelevant and useless fact pointed out by you.

I'm done trying to fight off your illogical arguments and strawman arguments. People can see what happened here - you being served. Again.

You're new, I'll break it down.

He thinks baseball and football can be measured and analyzed using the same metrics.

He'll start arguments for the sake of arguing. He's gone on record saying so.

You'll find that he can't discuss the game outside of numbers and his own opinion, without actually using true football analysis that doesn't use numbers.

The act gets tiresome and you'll end up just rolling your eyes.

Mike Mayock would read his shit and laugh his ass off.

Junc probably walks around midtown manhattan with 'God doesn't exist' signs for the sake of heated arguments with strangers

you're better off not, because you'll find yourself going in circles and being told you're incorrect when your argument better suits reality.

    1) it shows that the #s are not black and white. it's not just the pitt game that he struggled in, he did in many others as well but it doesn;t always show up in those #s.

2)if that is the case then why each day is there a new excuse? Why didn't you bring up these points last week? can you see where it looks fishy on my end?

    3) Hines ward is a damn good WR, if ben has as much time as you think he had Hines would have had more of an impact. At least a couple more recs.

We cannot discuss the game b/c you do not know the game.

if you know your stuff we'll have fun debating, if you don't you might have hard time. Most of the guys who post only know what espn tells them or some other "expert" tells them. This is why many believe peyton manning is better than Tom Brady.

If you are confident in your knowledge and can back it up w/ useful info we'll both learn alot.

the only knowledge i have on this particular thread is that Cromartie has been a welcome addition this year, has played his ass off, even in the pittsburgh game. Wallace, the # 1 deep threat on pittsburgh was held out of the end zone, and the jets beat a team they never have before in their history, and in their stadium. biggest win of the season so far. i cannot for the life of me complain about Cromartie or his supposed over-ratedness.

The only argument you need to prove junc wrong here is that he is agreeing with Metsfan who is the most retarded poster on this site.

Then you obviously miss a bunch of plays. He's not a shutdown corner. He's no Darrelle Revis, but he is probably the best #2 CB in the league. I don't know if thats overrating him, but name a #2 corner better than him. I can assure you, you won't have much to argue.

first win at Pitt and Cromartie did all he could to try to make sure we didn't win that game.

I think it is safe to say we watch different games.

Please give me specific examples of him being a difference maker/

#s tell part of the story, they don't tell us everything. It's why his #s looked good at Pitt but in reality he was brutal, it's why misinformed fans think Manning is better than Brady.

It's really not that difficult to figure out but you guys can have your homer views and think what you want. Isn't it amazing how we upgraded and cromartie was great yet our secondary was MUCH worse? How does that happen? yeah our pass rush wasn't as good but our blitz schemes haven't been working since the beginning of last year and we weren't harrassing QBs in any of our postseason games yet we had success- how did that happen?

Well, what do YOU think happened? Are you going to tell us that Lito was better than Cromartie?
