Have you seen the articles or video on how Eli preps his footballs? It's quite impressive. And 100% within the rules. Folks need to stop bringing that up. It is an irrelevant deflection discussing how QBs legally prep their footballs whilst talking about Brady illegally deflating them. _
this isn't about me, I didn't bring myself up. someone else mentioned how they played, I just passed along info. stop w/ the silliness. former Jet and NFL QB Jeff Blake: http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/2015/01/needles_on_sidelines_former_jets_qb_jeff_blake_had.html
Listen to me clearly junc... Other Qb's may inflate, deflate or ejaculate their footballs...But Tom Brady was caught, he orchestrated employees, and he bent the rules to do the deflating to avoid weigh-in's. The key issue here is others may like their footballs a certain way, so people are defending him and some are just doing it because they feel everyone targets the pats. But Brady did the roundabout and he lied. He also never needed to do it, but he has done it for a long time. He simply got caught within the confines of the NFL rules and this has hurt the image of the said cheater, Patriots, and the NFL.
Should be 8 games for lying that he broke the NFL rules, essentially cheating his way through his career. Indeed, I think the punishment is not severe enough.
I hope that after he is denied his appeal, that he is also sentenced to attend a Mark Sanchez football camp.
I was just remembering how there were allegations of the Patriots communicating illegally to Tom Brady through an extra radio signal. I did a quick google search and this came up: http://nypost.com/2014/10/12/they-are-cheaters-spygate-the-nfl-scandal-that-started-it-all/ Greatest of all time, my ass! The entire first part of his career was likely a sham if this true(we will never know since the NFL shut down the investigation) ...I also like the part about Ted Johnson getting a list of the other's teams audibles....
You caught me. Naw, I work in IT. If it's been on a hard drive, unless you magnet it, it's still there. Plus someone somewhere in that chain of evidence was a low level employee who know he held a golden ticket and made a copy. Obviously i'm speculating on this but it does make a lot of sense.
