That pick 6 was in garbage time, the game was decided before then and the other pick bounced off 3 different players.
Garbage time???????? The Jets were down 14 points with the ball and 8:04 left in the ball game. A 2 score game with 8 minutes left is not a big deal for good/great QB's, and is definately NOT considered "garbage time".
he had just led a great drive to get the game w/in a TD and the D let him down again. It wasn't quite garbage time(it was a little earlier than I thought) BUT it was 2nd and 20 from our 10 down 14 pts, that's a tough spot to come back from.
there is no reason we should not win out and go 12-4 that said i think we go 10-6 or 9-7 which prolly isnt good enough considering are conference losses
yes Philly (on paper) and the Midgets are the only 2 remaining games that are questionable Miami, Denver, KC, Buffalo and the Deadskins get the Jets to 10 wins. Philly or the Midgets get them to 11 and both of those to 12-4 It will be either 11-5 or 12-4 and time to hit the road in the playoffs again** **Unless some fine NFL MVP defensive player rips Brady's head off his neck in the next few weeks, in which case the Jets win the division... Totally agree. And the funny thing is i felt that way each of the last 2 seasons. I hope that means something come jan that Rex' team turns into something diffeent in the playoffs.
I think tomorrows game will tell a lot. We can't let this loss linger like we let it last yr vs Miami. We win this next one I wouldn't be surprised to see us 9-4 going into philly.
With all the tough games over with I see no reason that the Jets can't finish this year at 11-5. A big run is in the cards for them and it all starts Thursday night in Denver. Go Jets!
