Heh, I was thinking about the Bunker yesterday. It may be getting quite a bit of use this year.

Harris is darker skined than Barton so obviously Harris will be the better player. You guys crack me up!

    What?

I think we should all find something better to0 do on a slow news day than to compare one picture of two guys who weigh about the same.
I bet you if a picture was taken from ten different angels we could see ten different analysis.Reminds me of the picture of Adrien Clarke and how some marveled that an O Lineman had muscles. GET OVER IT Barton will start and Harris will be the future, comparing them on how they look is just a waste of time.

Barton is a really good player but he's ultimately going to be ruined by the fact that he makes such stupid mistakes at such clutch moments - see: Jets/Chargers 2005 playoffs as an example.

I really think Barton will hold on to the starting job coming into the season but it will only be a mental lapse or two away from losing his job permanently to our top rookie, David Harris.

If we are having issues stopping the run again, then I can see Harris coming in early as that is his area of speciality

Do you have any other examples? I've had this argument many times with friends, where they think Barton is this bad-ass penalty machine. That one play just sticks in their heads and they can't get past it. So please, show me some stats that show he is more prone to injuries than other players, or some other stupid mistakes that he's made.

Barton is one of the better overall LB's on the squad... by far the most versatile of the bunch... he can play anywhere
