You asked why he still has his guns ... Plenty of mentally ill people have access to guns in America. Easy to acquire, despite rules / regulations.

Just saying it's not a surprise that he still has access to one.

I see he hasn't quite gotten to the committing violence stage, but he's almost there, threatening to use his own easily available weapons on innocent people. It won't be long now, I expect.

If there ever was someone who needs to be locked up as a public menace it's this guy.

Man, this guy is so off the rails that it's only a matter of time before he winds up in Dallas.

Maybe more for the NFL Forum, but yeah he is a psychopath. Could be CTE, but he was always a piece of shit and a crazy guy.

Threatening to shoot the funeral home staff, while punching caskets and throwing stuff, while also wanting to cut his Dad's head off? Good Lord!

@Donttasemebro : There is a thread in the NFL forum as @FJF posted, it won't get deleted, a mod will merge. Incognito has bats in his belfry for sure. You'll also see how his now dead father who posed as someone else defended him about Jonathan Martin in that thread. abymzul linked the old thread. The father, that is, whose head he wanted to have cut off a la Ted Williams during his funeral home freak out. The scary part is, he threatened to shoot people, and yeah, he had guns in his truck - all legal, obviously - when the police arrived. There's no way he doesn't go on a rampage or take himself out at some point. It's building. I would be terrified of him if I was related to him. His family posted his bail. He's obviously beyond unstable.

EDIT & P.S.: He should at the very least get another 72 hour hold. This is not going to end well.

I'd love a player that plays out of his mind but this is a bit too far out of body for me.

Yeah, his father went on this whole PUBLIC defense about Richie re: Martin. Remember that one? Richie was bullied in school for being fat and Martin was a just a big wuss who was over-exaggerating and couldn't take it. Boys will be boys, blah blah if he couldn't take it blah blah. The guy almost killed himself. And now Martin is kinda off the deep end. Your son is a jerkoff. Incognito was also sent to anger management classes, how'd that go. Passing it off that bullying is normal because your kid got bullied, classic.

I don't pretend to have the answers, but most people with mental illness are not violent people. As much as I shit on the psychiatric community - mostly because they peddle drugs to people who don't remotely need them (don't get me started) - it's a bit of a game changer if someone threatens violence and has the means to do it. If he keeps acting like Larry Hogue, The Wild Man of 96th Street, his guns should be taken away until he's fully evaluated. Good ole Larry, Holy Shit. I LOVE NEW YORK!
