Not for nothing, but why wasn't Chris Brown run out on a rail? I generally don't give 2 chucks about musicians or celebrities, but what he did to Rihanna qualifies as Attempted Murder, no question.

That Police Report was horrific. How or why anyone excused this POS then and excuses this POS now is baffling. Even Sean Connery would look askance.

It's not surprising that society excuses this miscreant. He is a garbage person. I caught an interview with Rihanna on TV two years after the incident, and it was painful to watch. Why? She was downplaying it and said that her father used to hit her mother and all that kind of shit. The guy who was interviewing her kept steering her back to the fact that he almost killed her.

I grew up in a house of violence and never once did I ever think or feel it was my fucking fault on any level. My brother was seriously mentally ill, but I have no patience for excuse mongering. At all.
