regardless of what people may say...this popularity of this site is going downhill and fast because the amount of negativity there is...i dont know if its an inborne trait that Jet fans have to whine incessantly, but its pretty annoying, and yes people should chill out and not post a thread within the first 5 hours of losing a game if they cant control themselves..but thats the way it is here...and there have been people live rochesterjet who start these thread and they get thrown out the window cuz the negativity rules here...i post when i see fit....i see a pointless thread and i move on cuz its really not worth my time...the jet community will never change...just have to filter all the crap you dont want to read out...

post count means nothing to me btw...i see a person who has 4000 posts call me a newbie and i laugh at him b.c i know thats all he has...more posts, which ultimately means he has no social life whatsoever...my life doesnt revolve around the jets, but i sure do love watching them play, regardless of what tgg members think our record will end up being

 

I agree, its getting out of hand. Did you guys realize after out last preseason win there was barely any negativity, now we lose again and this shit. Its ridiculous, I love this team, but i refuse to be negative. I dont even want to fathom a top 5 pick in the draft right now, in fact i dont think I can.

 

personally, if i were a mod on this site...i would ban people for excessive negativity...morons who make stupid anti jet/anti chad/anti mangini threads all the f-ing time would be booted without even thinking...leave the attitude and anti jet statements off the keyboards...we dont need them here

On a positive note if the Mods took your advice you would be banned right now for the above post. Talk about attitude why don't you post something positive or respond to post you think are off base by offering an alternative view? Bashing people for their opinions or calling them F-ing morons doesn't qualify you for Miss Congeniality GG 2006.

 

ok you got me there...its not proven ina poll...but look at the amount of people that dont want to post here anymore...all the people that are tired of the complaining and the whining and i can go on and on...point is..when people start making threads of how they are tired of the "haters/darksiders/anti chad" type people...you know people arent very happy...it just sucks to be here when all this goes down...

This kind of stuff comes and goes every year. The fact of the matter is if you are able to sift through some scattered debris, you will find there is a solid foundation of Jets fans here.

As for the Cannizarro question, you could say he "runs" the site...:up:

i didnt like his advice...so i offered my own...I only brough up post coutn b/c all the time i see people jumping in thread to rant about people who are in favor of the topic on...and these are always the long time TGG members with 5000+ posts... not sure if the ego gets bigger with the post count...but thats what i felt was going on....im not going to start any drama here...im sorry if he misinterpreted what i was getting at...he misquoted me and im sure he will read that soon, im the person tired of the negativity agaisnt the jets and he offered an alternative that wasnt relavent to what i was talking about previously...either way im wrong i guess..i really dotn care anymore...im out anyway...have plans so hopefuly this mess gets cleared up somewhat by tomorrow...i guess ill find out when i open this thread and see a bunch of hate directed my way..haha!!! night all!:drunk:

because you got in the middle of what WB said to me and took his side...wanna be a moderator...stay neutral and try to resolve it by not being biased...im a mod on another site and i never have a problem with people trying to resolve issues..hell we really dont have any of these disfuntional issues going on...i like you GM but you obviously choose a side..and you took it...that not how mods are suppossed to do it...and thats what bugged me...my skin is somewhat thin i wont lie...
