Wow as a S/teamer you are not serious are U? You do realize U R saying that it is OK to give up a 2nd rounder 4 a STer? If that is the case now U know why we have won NOTHING for 38 years cause of trades like the JMaC trade

But I don't see any simularity in the deal at all.
We traded #2s ( a pick I might add which wasn't even ours) to get TJ and the Titans put on ski masks and got our #2 for JMac.
The TJ trade has the ability to be a very good deal. The JMac deal was alot harder to take because of giving up the 2nd rounder. By the end of the season people were saying what if we'd kept the pick.
    Classic Herm/Bradway great value pick.

No its not OK to give up a 2nd rounder for STer , but we have him and have to utilise him in some way. Its water under the bridge.

    Nice try champ....

What was his screen name when Herm was here? There you go with the "I was right, everyone else was wrong" BS.

Well my Herm lovers list is quite long & what he said if you had bother to read it was I was incorrect for whatever he thought I was & I correvted him that I was on the right side of the ledger concerning Herm whereas most of the so called resident "brains" were not which for sure the person includes the poster I am responding to at this time

Here is my post that U must not have read

Sorry at the time there were many others who were posting that we "stole" JMaC from the Titans just like we are now saying we "stole" Jones from the Bears. The post are viturally the same just the players names have changed

I don't believe I was a member of TGG at the time but I was bashing the hell out of that trade on the ESPN boards. 3 years later, a lot of these prospects did not pan out for various reasons but on paper 2004 was projected as one of the deepest WR drafts in history. I thought it was stupid to trade a 1st day pick in a draft that many scouts believe is the best WR draft possibly ever for a # 3 WR who never had a 100 yards game or 1,000 yard season. Till this day I don't think McCareins has had a 100 yards game. So I'm assuming just like the ESPN board not "everybody" here loved the trade.

How is that possible? I have tracked through everyone of his posts and not a mention of Herm love. The fact that you have a "list" is quite disturbing. It is like you are the Photo mat guy Robin Williams played in that serial stalker movie.

i did in fact like Herm for a while, until.....

i realized he uses every oppurtunity in the world to use the media to cover his mistakes, hires and fires at will to escape his fuckups, and cant manage a clock, or an offense to save his life...KC is living proof of that

Herm will always be good coach at best...his inability to run a 2 sided football team is what will be his downfall

His blind loyalty to his veteran players will be his biggest downfall. Trent Green should have been benched for the playoffs and people might get mad for me saying this but Chrebet should have been replaced a long, longggggggggg time ago!

You are too generous. Herm doesn't qualify to be a "good" coach.

    Mediocre, maybe?
