Look for and find a RT that is serviceable. Look and find a S to play opposite Jimmy.

2. Release Hunter and sign him back as a backup. If he doesn't like that, see #1.
3. Sign Braylon Edwards - if he's seeking big money, he can take a hike. (No #1 treatment, as he is officially not a Jet yet.)
4. Ask Sanchez to take a paycut, like $10M or something off the contract - his plays warrant such request anyway. If he doesn't agree, flip him over, then bend him over, then screw him squarely in the ass. After that, see #1.
5. Trade Pace, Scott and Holmes for picks. All of them. No more cap hell.
6. Weed out those she-males and grannies from the flight crew. (See #1 for what to do with them.)

After that, I will see what else is left to do.

 

Move the team to a place with a better fan base.
