you can pick almost any 3rd down in the buffalo game, where our vaunted defense could not get itself off the field.

your poll is slanted by listing so many plays on offense. the defense got exposed in both buffalo games, in oakland, and against the eagles

The play that injured Calvin Pryor in the Pats game. The defense really wasn't the same with him out. That in itself led to that huge 3rd down conversion later, that the replacement safety got killed on.

I enjoyed Fitz play this season. He played awesome, but his play had tons and tons due to Marshall this season.
I remember Marshall dropping a pass that would have pretty much ended our first game against NE, but We had way too many chances to redeem that game, so not his fault we didn't make the playoffs. Our season came down to a win in Buffalo. Fits didn't get it done when we needed him most.
Truth of the matter is, with the season on the line, he threw a pick. Our season came down to a couple offensive possessions, and Fitz threw picks to end our season.
Can't blame our defense in this game.
