Not a shocker. Tone hates Sanchez. Plax probably hates Sanchez. Guys on the defense must have Sanchez. Everyone but Sanchez apologists realize that he sucks and needs to go. And if anyone doesnt think there is shit said behind the scenes daily about he sucks, you are delusional. Tone alone probably complains about how bad Sanchez is on a daily basis. Hopefully 52 Jets have all gone to Rex and Tanny and told them how much they want a real qb, preferably Manning, and how they all want Sanchez gone.
It will be interesting to see how many players come out publically to defend Sanchez over the next few days. That will tell alot.
Starting with Jets west there were constant quotes saying how hard he works and what a good leader he is. Remember LT saying Sanchez was a huge reason he came to the Jets? Everyone in the organization was praising him until very recently.
If Tone and Plax hate sacnhez they shouldn't have signed here, they had a chance to play anywhere they wanted.
I hope Tannenbaum and Rex can identify who these individuals are and eject them... they are cancers to this team and the future of this organization. Anyone who thinks Sanchez wasn't a major contributing factor in our playoff victories need go back and watch his performance in each of those... they were his best games since he's been here. If the guy is overwhelmed then its another indictment on how the offense was being run that they didn't bring it down for him. They had to bring it down the last two years and it helped tremendously at the end of the year. You have to work with what you have, and the Jets clearly did not.
Aside from Keller, who also sucks, but whom Sanchez loves, I dont think there are too many Jets players that are clamoring for Sanchez, and only Sanchez, to be the qb of this team.

I have no respect for 'anonymous' sources when you rip a player behind his back. Take a page from LT's book and do it out front. We're not getting Manning and if Sanchez is so bad, how come he was middle-of-the-pack the last 3 year ?
Well, maybe they saw 2 straight AFC Championship game appearances and thought the defense and running game can win in spite of him again. And this year clearly proved that unless the defense and running game are playing at a best in the NFL type level, Sanchez will shit the bed. And even last year, Sanchez did a much better job of getting the ball to Tone and the number 2 wr. This year he was just awful, it was either Keller, a dump off to the HB, or an uncathable ball for Tone or Plax.
That quote doesn't sound like something you'd hear from a player. I don't think a player would use the word "organization"; he'd use the word "team." Also not sure a player would use the word "flaky." This sounds like a front office person.
Who you have respect for is not the issue. The issue is that this was said, and I am not sure how you can have any doubts that at least 2, and probably many more, players feel this way. If you ask Sanchez about who said this, he can probably tell you the guys since they have said this to him as well. At least that is what I assume. As for Manning, people need to stop speaking with certainty because they have no clue what will happen. If Manning is not a Colt next year (seems likely because of Luck), there is a chance Manning will be here. And we were middle of the pack because of the defense and running game. Never had anything to do with Sanchez. And if you think it did, you have to go re-watch the playoff games.
Umm, ask anyone, I have always said Keller sucks. This should not be a surprise. The 2 worst players on the Jets (aside from the obvious ones like Smith and Mulligan) are Sanchez and Keller, hands down.
Actually I think all the dirt should come out once and for all. Do this before the new coaches get to work, that way there aren't any surprises down the road. It's going to be quite some time before people believe anything that comes out of Rex or Tanny's mouth. Players might as well get everything off their chest. When the dust has settled and it is time to start at square one again we will see who is here to play and who is still licking their wounded ego.
