If we definitively don't make the playoffs this year, ie: loss tomorrow and the next three games, it'd be nice to change up the OC. We'd have nothing to lose if we're getting rid of him anyway.

They will dump Schotty (and deservedly so) to save their own patheric asses. So much more needs to be changed on the field and off.

There really hasn't been much progress offensively in the past 3 years (or defensively for that matter). I'd be excited to see what our offensive players could do under a new system. If we don't make the playoffs I think Shotty has to go.

Gotta ask biggest problem on offense.

    Wayne Hunter or Schotty ?

Dont get me wrong I absolutely hate fucking Schotty, but im beyond convinced that right now Hunter is by FAAAAR a bigger problem.

This offense was like #11 last year with Schotty, and now is at the absolute bottom of the nfl with Hunter.

Say what you want about Schotty but if I had to chose between replacing Schotty or Hunter im taking Hunter every single time.

That said theres no reason we cant do both. Just sucks that our first round pick pretty much has to be a new RT unless were gonna break the bank signing an UFA RT (which can be hard to do)

I don't see any way Schotty survives this seasons offensive debacle.

I'm willing to bet RR would hire one of his Ravens buddies if Schitt were to ever [rightfully] be canned. Aka Matt Cavanaugh. After 5 years of Schottenheimer, I don't give a flying fuck who the new guy is so long as we move the fuck on.

I voted no, but I still think he will be back. He is a cancer and still we keep him. He should already have been fired long ago.

    Jason Vorhees = Brian Schottenheimer

Can't get rid of either one
