You bring in Mangini as Dc, and hire J McD.

Then you'll have two guys one on each staff with inside familiarity with what NE does on both sides of the ball.

if you make a lateral movement in the NFL your current employer has to sign off on it.

and even the Browns werent dumb enough to let Rob Ryan walk

i dunno about McDaniels. hes the guy who helped Orton put up nice numbers with some inconsistent track stars but he also couldnt scheme a running game to save his life.

i also think his attitude isnt something Sanchez needs to be around as emotional as hes proven to be up to this point.

im prolly reading into it way too much but whatever. for all I know his system could work wonders. I just havent seen the balanced playcalling for him that wouldnt be anything more than Schotty on steroids spreading the field and telegraphing runs.

which is funny cuz I love his system but he seems to call a good game from start to finish like 1 in every 3. which isnt really what keeps people employed.

im rambling but we may not even have football after this season. youd like to think someone will blink first considering how much money is at stake on the bottom line for both sides.

we'll see definitely alot of changes either way

Mangini needs to get hired at Cinci so he can trade us Palmer for cheap.

No, Rex put in a request for Rob last year and this year but the team who owns him would never give up their rights. If the Browns give up rights to Rob then it could happen.

I would rather have Mangini as the defensive coordinator to help piss the Patriots off and work on the draft

Difference is Rob likes to blitz almost every play which should be looked down upon with our terrible safeties except Leonhard. Even he can't play good man coverage.

He gives us good deals on trades. Palmer needs a change of scenery.

So that whole thing where we already have a young starting quarterback with a starter's salary, that doesn't phase you. Righty-o.

What is so bad with Mike Pettine? Why would Rob be able to run Rex's defense any better?
Does Rob have magic pixie dust that makes safeties cover better or give anyone the ability to rush the passer?

Since we're moving Revis to Safety.....I guess we can move Sanchez to [enter ridiculous position here].....in order to make room for Palmer.

    Get it done, Tanny.
