#1 Jets Fan, are you aware that Herm ditched us? The Jets were forced to "trade" him because of his own disquiet!

Change your handle to #1 Chiefs Fan and be gone.

*That seems like an appropriate action you should take, from the messages you've been posting.*

Are you kidding me? Do you just go onto message boards and start a conversation about a subject you seemingly know nothing about and then expect to win arguments that way? Herm weaseled his way out of town and got his dream job in KC, leaving poor, deluded individuals such as yourself to pine after his idiot press conferences. GOOD RIDDANCE TO A GIANT ****HEAD.

I'm not quite sure how you attempt to discuss future probabilities while speaking in the past tense.

It would be proof positive that the league had sunk past mediocrity to out right crap.

Can we just stop all the topics by this guy? All they do and are intended to do is create tension and argument. He's not here for discussion, he's here for his kicks.

Man, sometimes I think you're drunk when you post, but then I read the well-spelled posts and realize that alcohol has nothing to do with it.

Mike Holmgren has been criticised his entire career for clock management problems as he showed in this years Super Bowl. He did win a Super Bowl even with his clock mangements problems. Andy Reid was skewered last year after his clock management problems at the end othat Super Bowl. The most important quality in a HC is leadership. Edwards had his players playing hard every week all season which is why several of the local media thought he should get a contract extension if the Jets were serious about rebuilding.

Knowing that Dick Vermeil was retiring and the non commitment to Edwards by the Jets, it was easy to see why he took the same decision as Al Groh and Bill Bellichek did, take a dream job with a competent ownership and management.

We have an inept owner who might be worse than Leon Hess who at least in a senior moment brought Bill Parcells in giving the Jets seven years of respectablity.

Yanno what? Since Herman Edwards is HC of the KC Chefs, this belongs in the NFL forum and that's exactly where its going.

Thank you for moving this trash to the NFL forum. The Jets forum smells so much cleaner now. Spring Breeze fresh.

BAH! I'm displeased. Yeah, sure, it's out of the Jets forum. But we do good work in here. Isn't there some trash heap we can toss this on. More of the #1 Whatever Fan nonsense.

On the up-side, I see that this thread is the "limest". A tangy delight maybe?

Yeah, I guess you're right... possibly the TT forum, that is beginnig to resemble a trash heap. Who knows, maybe someone finally passed out for the night. Or slipped into a coma. Or forgot to breathe.

Edwards had his players playing hard every week all season ?

Are you out of your mind?
Did you see the game in Carolina?..in Atlanta.?..in Baltimore?..in Kansas City?..in New England?..in Denver?

Let me refresh your memory..thats about 40% of our schedule and we were outscored 140-30.

I swear Herm must be a hypnotist to get these fools to believe in him as a coach

    In case you missed it....140-30

Herm will never be in the SB, and it was his fault when we lost the game against Pittsburgh in the playoffs because he settled in for two long field goals instead of running another play to get another first down.
