Mike Holmgren has been criticised his entire career for clock management problems as he showed in this years Super Bowl. He did win a Super Bowl even with his clock mangements problems. Andy Reid was skewered last year after his clock management problems at the end othat Super Bowl. The most important quality in a HC is leadership. Edwards had his players playing hard every week all season which is why several of the local media thought he should get a contract extension if the Jets were serious about rebuilding. Knowing that Dick Vermeil was retiring and the non commitment to Edwards by the Jets, it was easy to see why he took the same decision as Al Groh and Bill Bellichek did, take a dream job with a competent ownership and management. We have an inept owner who might be worse than Leon Hess who at least in a senior moment brought Bill Parcells in giving the Jets seven years of respectablity.

Herm will never be in the SB, and it was his fault when we lost the game against Pittsburgh in the playoffs because he settled in for two long field goals instead of running another play to get another first down.
