Herm inherits- a 36 year old quarterback that had a head coach that babied him for years (sound familier?), Shields will be gone and a defense that's ALWAYS the laughing stock of the league. The Jet's have holes but the Chiefs aren't the model of an NFL organization right now either.

I must admit, when I thought we were stuck with Herm I started to hope that maybe there was some karmic voodoo way that he was going to outsmart Belichick by being so completely stupid and making decisions and calls that went completely against all logic. Maybe that was the answer after all! Maybe if Herm was actually calling the players, it would've worked because no opposing coach could possible hope to predict his thinking.
If Herm wins a championship, I'll say great for him... he inherited a borderline superbowl contending team that was already pretty well coached. Big freaking deal.
