the team that we have on paper right now is really close to the same team that got to two AFC championship games..we have the talent for the most part...we just need a couple more pieces and to have a better run next year...we don't need rebuild the team in every aspect..Rex has confidence in these guys..we fill some holes ... we have a good draft..we have a solid training camp while improving some of our young projects... and we come out firing next year... (the importance of an offseason program is crucial and hopefully we will see it improve our younger players)
I think we have definitely gotten better. Ellis, Wilson, and Wilk will continue to develop into players for us. We re-signed Pouha and BT who are big parts of our defense. Brining in a safety and receiver which will do will make us a better team in 2012. Hopefully we look to bring in a pass rushing OLB in the early rounds of the draft.
