    Why not Morton?

Morton has struggled with being a first year OC. Has issues getting plays called during the games . That has lead to several burned time outs. He has also had several very questionable moments where his play calling is suspect at best. Most fans want to lay that on Bowles , and that's fine. As HC he is ultimately responsible for the entire team, but replacing him with one of the staff directly responsible isn't the answer.
He is not ready to take on a HC position. Let him get some experience as an OC , he has done well for a first year OC but has alot of room to grow.

Relax, Bowles is probably getting extended. When you consider that he won 5 games with an unproven roster, hes having a good season/

Lane Kiffin. Still think he will be a good coach in the NFL. Great offensive mind which is what we need.

I am presently in the NE. I arrived Wed @ Newark & proceeded to rent a car to drive S/ward to Philly where 1 of my sons live. By the time I arrived in Newark it was already lunch hour so I popped into the Wood bridge rest area for lunch. In about the 1 hours I was at the rest area I saw many people at the rest area but not 1 person sporting NYJ gear. At the same time I saw no fans wearing NYG gear. JFYI

You likely stopped at the rest area in South NJ. South Jersey is typically full of "Igles" fans not Jets or Giants fans.South Jersey is also kind of like going to the Ozarks, people missing teeth, marrying cousins etc. especially the area south of Philly Vineland etc.

I was at the Washington Capitals game yesterday in DC and someone in a Rangers jersey had a Jets hat on. We talked about the Jets and both agreed the future is bright. This thread now suggests there are more Jets fans in DC than there are in NJ!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
