Denver had sky high expectations this year--they haven't met them, so the media has labeled them as "bad" This is still a very talented and dangerous team; their defense is a top 10 unit and has a stud secondary. They get good pressure on the QB, our QB doesn't perform well under pressure. Russel WIlson is also very familiar with Saleh's defense from years in Seattle. On a good note, we are facing them after they play tonight on MNF and they are banged up on Oline. I can see 20-17 either way--I hope it's us!
First off, Green Bay had an excellent defense. Zach didn’t look good but he didn’t turn the ball over. It’s a huge improvement. what I am saying is this Broncos D reminds me a lot of Green Bay. Surtain will blanket whenever and they have some a good pass rush. We need to involve the TE more early and often. Zach needs to play like Josh Allen and check down for 5,6,7 and then go long. Feel like we come out and do the opposite. These defenses are too good.
The Jets have been underdogs in all six games. There’s no such thing as a trap for these dawgs yet. Vegas is favoring those stupid horses again and dogging the Jets for the 7th straight week. Let’s get it.
Alright. This Denver D is pretty fuckin good. I stand by my 13-10 prediction in the game thread, I just don’t know who will win.
R. Wilson is playing so bad and it looks like the team is losing confidence in him. Their top RB is on IR and their #2 has been demoted. They lost their LT for the year and haven’t scored more than 16 pts (5 out 6) in regulation against below average Ds (sans sf). I’ll be disappointed if we give up 10 pts.
I doubt it’s true…the schedule makers don’t consult with teams on when they play….if they did it’d be a clusterfuck. I’ve never heard that teams have ANY say in when they play other teams or when they get their bye week I’m not buying it #fakenews
What I see as most totally "JETSY". You know when the Jets show themselves to be the same Ole Jets as only the Jets know how to do? Losing in shockingly depressing fashion? I think the NE game has that written all over it. Just when we're thinking we're a good team, Bellichick comes in here and dominates us despite having an inferior team.
