Okay. Mystery solved. @Longsuffering88 shared with me the handle of the poster who he thought Joe B was. Problem is, the poster he thought was Joe B is somebody I watched a Jets game together at Metlife. So he was wrong on his suspicion. I won't share the handle though. Longsuffering can share if he wants :)

I really dont think this whole situation could have ended any more appropriately. Another gem from one of TGG's finest!

This thread was almost as bad as the BUTT FUMBLE. LOL.

What if i, DWC, were really a Jets beat writer and simply used TGG as a way of getting reactions out of ppl and ideas for my next article(s)?

    Hey. You never know. :)

I kid. I kid. But I really did enjoy this thread and I sometimes wonder if Jet players current or former or coaches or beat writers post or even VISIT places like TGG/JN/JI etc? Because if I were ever a coach or player? I would most certainly join my teams message board. And I wouldn't be shy about who I was. I'd get a kick out of it

Any Jet fan over 50 is very likely to have a lot of Joe B in him.

Glad to see Carton get another shot. I think he needs Boomer tho. It was the two of them that made that drive-time great.

My friend works at 1 Florham Park. Thanks to him I was able to visit Florham Park and take a lot of pictures. Shared them with a few members here thru Private Message. He told me TGG is being closely followed by those in the building and by beat writers.

Chances of having a beat writer undercover is very high I say.

Who is JerryJeudy? What state is he from? Because I don't remember him throughout the off-season while I was begging for Jeudy (super happy JD selected Mt. Becton) but as soon as I became suspended (for MONTHS) I immediately began to notice him posting and as I was being accused of being him or him being me? It was super frustrating for me to not be able to post in reply and tell everyone to piss off because he's not me ahhhh but yea Brook! What state is he posting out of? I bet it's Alabama.

This is exactly what someone who was trying to hide another username would post.
Don’t hide it phillystax we know you’re jeudy, just add it to the 19 other user names you’ve used.

I might have to change my username to MekhiBecton

Based on what I’ve seen so far this season, Becton was the right pick

Jeudy was off to a good start, he was the #1 ranked rookie WR by PFF thru Week 4, but has really sucked ballz over the past few games

There are still 9 games remaining, but as it stands right now, there’s a reason why Douglas wears the GM hat

He’s better than Idzik for sure

And Mac probably would have selected Jeudy or another DL

I still believe Jeudy will have a better 2nd half of the season with Lock now back, and still has a chance to have a terrific career, but I thought he would be a phenom his rookie year, and so far that simply hasn’t been the case

My overall point still stands for next year’s draft

Whether it’s Sam or a new QB, Douglas better start drafting some weapons for the Jets QB

Taking the best WR available in Round 1 (if sticking with Darnold) or Round 2 (if new QB)

Taking the best RB available in Rounds 3-4

Unless the Jets want to keep ruining QBs

OL is very important, but they don’t catch passes

A WR who can gain separation quickly and consistently, like Edelman in his prime, is an obvious aid to the OL because they don’t have to hold their blocks as long

Watching the Pats with Welker and Edelman and their RBs who can catch passes out of the backfield, allowing Brady to be able to get rid of the ball quickly, and then watching the rest of the NFL follow suit, while the Jets continued to draft WRs who can’t consistently gain separation, is something that has already ruined Sanchez and possibly Sam

Build the offense thru the draft first to develop the QB in years 1/2/3, then focus on the defense starting in Year 4

Cowboys had the right blueprint until Dak got hurt

QB/OL/WR/RB to develop the drafted QB

Drafting defensive players at the top of the draft immediately after you select your Franchise QB, as we saw with Sanchez and Darnold in their first few years, is a recipe for disaster

But what's his first commercial going to be for? He's gotta be hooked up with the guy who peddles life insurance for ex-wives.

This would fly in the face of this board wanting Adam Gase fired LOL

If they follow this site closely, I think Gase would have likely been gone by now.

Although I am still of the belief he is being kept here for us to keep losing. Even though Douglas doesn't make that decision, I can't imagine he doesn't have pull with ownership. I think Douglas is behind the scenes looking for the next head coach quietly watching Gase coach his team to our new franchise QB

He said they watched this board; he didn't say they cared about anything written here or the people who wrote it.
