I don't hate Braylon at all. I wanted the Jets to bring him back before they drafted Hill. I don't think the Jets drafted him to sit on the Bench while Braylon Edwards takes his snaps away.

Your obsession with Braylon on this site is getting annoying.

braylon wont be back, i do like him as well but we have way to much depth at WR this year. between holmes, hill, kerley, schillens, white, turner, scotty mcknight and so on...i just dont know how much more we can spread out the ball. That doesnt include TE's with keller and cumberland.

I don't hate Braylon. If he is healthy, I would absolutely love him on Jets squad. Braylon and Hill at both split end position will do wonder for Sanchez - if that can happen.

That said, it is not happening.

Braylon's a number 4 receiver at best (his career may be over). If he was any better he wouldn't be sitting at home. Your love affair with him is unhealthy.

Well if the Jets thought they'd be better with Braylon he'd be on the team. Hell, it appears all 32 teams believe their teams would not be better with Braylon.

But keep calling out shots from your coach, I'm sure 32 GM's are all overlooking his greatness.

This is getting borderline pathetic. Guy had major knee surgery, no other team has touched him and we are bashing the FO for not bringing him in? I would say SOJF but I do t even want to lump this guy into that group. It wouldnt be fair to the SOJF's out there.

No shot we sign Braylon after drafting Hill. There is a reason we let him go and there is a reason the 49ers let him go. He's not the same receiver anymore and we got a much younger more explosive version of him now. We don't need a gimp Braylon taking away Hills snaps. I used to love Braylon and wanted him to stay much more than Santonio but it is what it is at this point.

I tend to agree with this. The way Holmes has been acting lately I'd much rather have Braylon over Holmes.
    Braylon's blocking alone was awesomesauce.

But! Edwards needs to take a massive pay cut. With the knee surgery and his decline he can't command a top price anymore.

I loved Braylon as a Jet. I was of the school of thought to bring him back instead of Holmes if it came to a toss-up between the two of them.

Here's the thing: Bringing back Braylon now isn't bringing back the player that we watched two years ago. Like everyone has said, he's coming off a major knee surgery, he's two years older, and there's no other teams giving him a serious look. Can't keep thinking of him as the '09/'10 Braylon.

I keep hearing "Major knee Surgery" from people. Does anybody actually know what procedure he had? I would bring him in for the sheer fact that Chaz can't every stay heathly and Hill is raw. Vet min his ass an go from there. Also take a llok at the recievers still out there; I would argue that its not his knee so much or his age, yet the surpluse of recievers in the NFL
